Giovanni Battezzato (August 25, 1950 – March 22, 2022) was an Italian voice actor. He voiced Lord Zedd in Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, Shenron and Garlic Jr. in Dragon Ball, Spanky Ham in Drawn Together, Norman in Mighty Max and Dr. Hiss in Bots Master, among others.
