- Part of the fourth series of BotBots, Goldsferatu is a redeco of Frostferatu and transforms from a golden cupcake into a small robot. While his stock photography shows him with a smile, the final toy has a simpler-design frown.
- He is only available in one of the "Gumball Machine Surprise Unboxing" 6-packs: Crumbly Yumbly and Smore N' More appear in clear capsules, with Disaster Master, Fancy Flutter, Goldsferatu, and Movie Munchster in opaque capsules, with four more capsules containing stickers.
- This mold was also used to make Minnycake.
This set is a "recommended minimum buy" to get a complete set of Series 4 BotBots.
