Hozumi Gōda

Hozumi Gōda (郷田ほづみ Gōda Hozumi, born August 8, 1957 in Tokyo) is a Japanese voice actor, comedian, and sound director.
He's probably best known as the lead character Chirico Cuvie from Armored Trooper Votoms. Although he started his career as part of the comedy troupe Kaibutsu Land, for some reason he seems to be cast as dead-serious characters like Lio Convoy in animation.
