J. P. Manoux

Jean-Paul Christophe Manoux (born June 8, 1969) is an American actor who appeared in Transformers. In addition to this, he played Dr. Dustin Crenshaw on ER, Mr. Hackett on Phil of the Future, Stan on Sabrina the Teenage Witch, S.T.A.N. on Aaron Stone (which co-starred Tania Gunadi), and appeared as "Faux-by", later known as the "Dean-o-chang-er", on Community. He is also an accomplished voice actor, playing Kuzco on The Emperor's New School and Johnny Hitswell on The Replacements.
He's played people pretending to be Moby in at least two separate shows, namely How I Met Your Mother and Community.
