Renegade Rhetoric
Odd Ball was a member of the Instigation Mini-Con Team along with Breez and Pow Wow. Hailing from an Aurex universal stream, the trio were marooned in the Offworlder section of Axiom Nexus. When Cy-Kill went recruiting for the Renegades, the Mini-Cons eagerly signed up for his cause. Cy-Kill had them outfitted with traditional GoBot features such as hand-blasters and flight systems before returning to the Gargent Cluster. Odd Ball's unpredictable nature led Cy-Kill to consider pairing him with the slow but dependable Block Head when they ultimately returned home. Renegade Rhetoric 2015/10/16
Back on Level 1, Odd Ball and the new Renegades joined the fight against the Guardians upon Cy-Kill's triumphant return. They eagerly took the fight to the newest Guardian Academy graduates. Opportunity Knocks Part 2

Beast Wars: Uprising
Fleeing his home dimension in the wake of the Cataclysm, Odd Ball and the Monsterous GoBots arrived at Primax 215.19 Epsilon, where they disguised themselves as local Predacons. Odd Ball acted as a kind of manager for the combiner team with the Antares Eight, who had arrived ahead of them, though there was little love between Odd Ball and Bugsie, who felt the former was a twerp. However, his knowledge of Rebus technology made him a useful asset. When the Eight felt their scheme to seize that reality's humanity's highly advanced technology was in jeopardy, they called in Odd Ball, who arrived with Monsterous's components as the trans-hyperwave caster they'd seized came under attack. In exchange for half the Eight's supply of quantumite, Odd Ball gave the order for Monsterous to form. When the combiner was defeated by Devastator, Odd Ball gave the order to run away. Notes
- Odd Ball and his fellow Mini-Con recruits are all Wendy's-exclusive toys, debuting too late to make an appearance in the Challenge of the GoBots cartoon.
- The Wendy's toys were among the only GoBots to have bios, from which Odd Ball's portrayal in Ask Vector Prime draws.
- The "Cataclysm" version of Odd Ball is a "virtual redeco" of Rescue Bots High Tide, with the head of Armada Thrust.
