Synopsis
Confronting his nemesis, the Megatron of Cloud World, Optimus Prime allows the mysterious girl to flee into hiding. The Optimus Prime of this world is confused by the situation, but Megatron nevertheless persists in his quest for SARA, blaming his Optimus for interrupting the absorption of SARA's power and leaving the Decepticon leader in an unstable state.
The Megatron of this world, disliking this powerful intruder, orders Devastator to attack, but Cloud Megatron transforms into tank mode and easily blasts the combiner into his components with a single shot from his turret. Sensing SARA nearby, Cloud Megatron demands Cloud Optimus Prime hand it over, but the confused Autobot can only deny any knowledge of SARA's whereabouts. G1 Optimus Prime, realizing the threat that this other Megatron presents, forces G1 Megatron into a temporary alliance to defeat their mutual enemy. It isn't of much use, as Cloud Megatron withstands the firepower of both factions and continues shrieking at Cloud Optimus to hand over SARA; Optimus notices the mysterious girl taking cover behind a rock and remembers the one who appointed him as Supreme Commander of the Spacetime Police stating that SARA is not merely an energy unit, but a sleeping being with a will of its own. It can be awakened by reaction to a external factor...
And it is then that Optimus Prime realizes the truth: the girl is SARA itself! Megatron also takes notice of the girl and, in his madness, comes to the same realization as he grips SARA in his fist. SARA, however, is not so defenseless and lets loose some energy that forces Megatron to lose his grip and allows Optimus to grab her in the resulting fall. Speaking telepathically to Optimus, SARA promises to take care of Megatron. In accordance, some nearby space warps to become a Dimension Gate that sucks in Cloud Megatron... Not willing to fail when his goal is right in front of him, Megatron leaps at Optimus and SARA, only to be knocked into the Gate by a combined attack from G1 Optimus and G1 Megatron. With Cloud Megatron gone, SARA opens another Dimension Gate to take her and Optimus back to Cloud World. The remaining denizens of this OG Spacetime are simply left confused by what just transpired.
At Cloud World, the Autobots are struggling against the spate of disasters arising from the absence of SARA. Hot Rodimus, Brawn, and other Autobots are down for the count while Ratchet is stuck coordinating the Autobot response to everything. Needing him back, he wonders where Commander Optimus has gone to.
