Unattended garbage is bad, kids.
Synopsis
Patrol Car and American Patrol Car welcome viewers to Surprise World to introduce them to the hard-working BeCool residents, such as Garbage Truck, who removes trash from people's houses and recycles it. While driving through town, Garbage Truck drops a banana peel that causes Yellow Sports Car to spin out of control and through a red light, something that doesn't go unnoticed by the two Patrol Cars. They're unable to stop him before he crashes into a group of BeCools and hurts himself, but fortunately Ambulance is around to treat him. American Patrol Car explains that Ambulance is the doctor of the town while Patrol Car advises everyone to be aware of traffic laws, unaware that the accident was Garbage Truck's fault.
