Turbofox

Turbofoxes are a form of Cybertronic fauna. They're fast. Very fast. To the point that only the speediest of robots can hope to approach them. They are not intelligent, lacking a nervous system more complex than that of a plant.

Some five million years ago, the guard who oversaw the Unitrex-1 did so with a pack of turbofoxes. After the time-travelling Cyclonus had defeated him and shot him with a Sparkeater Gun, he locked the convulsing mechanoid in a closet with his turbofoxes. Once the mutation had completed, the guard feasted on the creatures. An Expert's Guide The Neutrals who later claimed the drifting ship discovered the Sparkeater and assumed turbofoxes were its preferred food, feeding the beasts to it in an attempt to keep it docile. Bludgeon experimented on a pack of turbofoxes using sparks from the reignited Alyon hot spot, granting the beasts higher reasoning and integrated blasters. The altered turbofoxes attempted to ambush a Camien transport as it navigated the Praetorus Wharf, but it escaped, killing several of the Turbofoxes in the process. Once given sparks, Turbofoxes become less like mindless killing machines, and show capability of feeling emotions and hunting in packs. Redemption
