Bill Rogers(bornMay 11,1974) is an American voice actor. Originally fromNew York City,he is best known for his work on thePokémonfranchise, voicing various creatures ranging from Bonsly to Croagunk, as well the second voice of Brock in the series, and Lucario inSuper Smash Bros. Brawl.His non-Pokémon roles include Majitani and Meleoron inHunter × Hunter,Urien inStreet Fighter V,and King Rhoam inThe Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
Rogers now resides in Los Angeles, California while still working part time at his native New York.
