Pity the poorharbor masterof the planetPequod's oceanside town ofGottlieb.His is the thankless and risky job of making sure all the violent, intoxicated yahoos who put to sea on his world obey the proper safety precautions and legal limits. Not only does he get no respect from the public, he also can't risk complaining too loudly or even issue the necessary safety warnings that are part of his job, under threat from the menacing and seemingly all-powerful Ministry of Tourism.

• Though he certainly isn't a Transformer, the harbor master's general appearance — giant armored humanoid with a marine mammal head — makes him look strikingly similar to Longtooth himself.
