A common factor inTransformerscomics is a section in the back pages devoted to answering fanmail. These letters are answered either by staff, or more interestingly, by various Transformers.

Marvel US
The letter column for the American Marvel comic was entitled Transmissions. It launched inissue #4.Inissue #45,the Transmissions space was used to list names of players in theBot RosterandSpot Shingocontests.
Marvel UK
Dreamwave G1
Under the title Declarations of War,Megatronresponded to (and occasionally threatened) the fans.
Dreamwave Armada
While this was normally answered by a human, #18 was taken over by the dreadUnicronhimself!
Panini Armada
Initially, the letters were answered byHot Shotunder the title "Hot Shot's Hot Mail". This was replaced later by "Starscream'sHate Mail ", which is infamous forseverelymisjudging how mean Starscream should be to the letter writers in its first installment.
IDW
Rather than answering reader'smail,the irregular IDW pages respond to specific posts on IDW's message board. The answers are done by the comic's editor (starting withChris Ryall), who is drawnasa Transformer.
IDW'sBeast Warscomic introduced the Maximal Mailbag inissue #2,with letters answered by the editorDavid Mariotte.
Titan Transformers Magazine
The letters page started out titledMech Mailand was answered by humans. Following an open call for readers to say who they wanted to answer the mail, the letters page was retitled Star Screams as of issue #7, with letters responded to by the film incarnation ofStarscreamwith varying degrees of venom and a smattering ofreferencesfor older fans.Arcee's Soulmates,a Transformers romantic personals feature, ran in the letters for a while.
With the rebranding forRevenge of the Fallen,the strip was renamedLaw and Disorder,andBarricadeandIronhideanswered the letters. The two routinely bickered with each other and tried to score points. It was briefly reduced from four pages to two between issues #2 and #5.
ForDark of the Moon,the letters page was renamed toMega-Mouth,with letters responded to byMegatronandSideswipe.After four issues, the magazine was again rebranded forTransformers: Primeand though the letters page retained the name Mega-Mouth, it was answered by thePrimeincarnations ofMegatronandArcee.For the last five issues of the magazine, following its rebranding forAge of Extinction,the letters page becameLockdown's Letterbox,withLockdownandCrosshairsproviding commentary on incoming mail.
