Medix (G1)
From Transformers Wiki
This article is about the Generation 1 Autobot. For the Aligned Rescue Bot, seeMedix (RB). |
- Medix is anAutobotProtectobotfrom theGeneration 1continuity family.
The newest member of the Protectobots,Medixis dedicated to his job as a first responder. A field medic in only the most basic sense of the word, his main goal on the battlefield is to keep his critically wounded patients online and stable until someone likeRatchetorFirst Aidcan take a look at them. It's messy, sometimes ugly, work, which leaves Medix emotionally distant from the rest of the Autobots, and even his fellow Protectobots. Perhaps as a result of his grim line of work, he's cultivated a very dry sense of humor.
As a standby Protectobot, Medix can combine with his teammates intoDefensor, replacing any teammate too injured to combine. That said, his inexperience with the combination process leaves Defensor glitchier than normal. This probably also affectsModulus,of whom Medix is also a component.

The Protectobots thus inducted Medix as the newest member of their team, joiningRook,Skyfeather, andHeatrockas backup teammates.Customization class Medix bio
