Noriaki Sugiyama( sam sơn kỷ chươngSugiyama NoriakibornMarch 9,1976) is a Japanese voice actor and musician. He is best known in the world of anime as Sasuke Uchiha onNaruto,Uryu Ishida onBleach,England onAxis Powers Hetaliaand Rivalz Cardemonde onCode Geass:Lelouchof the Rebellion.As a musician, he's released a single entitled "Fragment" as well as a mini-album called "On the Way".
