A member of theSenate Guard,Subsea was a worrywart by nature, so much so that his worries could get in the way of living his life. To cope with this,Groovesuggested that he set aside some time every cycle to worry to allow him to get through the rest of the cycle more easily.Sea of Rust II

Prior to theDecepticontakeover ofIacon,Ironhideassigned the acrophobic Subsea to the roof of theSenateto stand guard duringSentinel Prime's speech. As he grumbled about this, he was attacked by theRainmakersand sent tumbling down into the main Senate chamber afterAcid Stormcollapsed the roof.We Have Deceived YouCaptured with some his fellow Guardsmen, Subsea was thrown into a lower priority cell below the Senate hall, where they commiserated about their potential fates. Ironhide and the rest of the Guard eventually sprung them, and Subsea was among those who volunteered to help get the other senators out of the building to safety.Prime

Subsea was among the Autobots ready to defendCrystal Citywhen the Decepticons attacked it.A Dust of CrystalsAfter a temporary ceasefire had been negotiated, the Autobots marched toDarkmount.During the walk, Subsea toldBackstreethow his experience with anxiety was allowing him to cope with recent events better than most, since EVERYONE felt anxious at the moment. The Autobots were then suddenly attacked byJhiaxus' forces.Radical Time

Caught between the Decepticons and an incoming wave ofrust worms,Subsea noted the ground was vibrating and soon worms were erupting up from under the Autobots. They held out long enough for the repurposedInsecticon cloneswarm to arrive and begin feasting on the rust worms. Out of danger for the moment, Subsea took a second to sit down and lament that the whole situation was exhausting.End of Time

Subsea took part in the defense of Darkmount when the Decepticons launched an attack to prevent the Autobots from leaving the planet. The Autobots succeeded in launching theArkand headed to theWinged Moonto plan their future out among the stars. On the journey, Subsea made fast friends withGeomotusand took note of his "shapes" as a coping mechanism for anxiety.Fate of Cybertron
