The "well-armed Decepticon bully"is a guy with a lot of bravado. Smaller or several heads larger than him, if it's anAutobot,he'll take them on. For that purpose, he is equipped with an above-average amount of weaponry, includinglaser optics.

Somewhere far from interfering elements, this guy beat upOutback.He was about to murder him when astrangerappeared to help thelittle guy.Angered by the Decepticon picking on someone weaker/smaller than him, Optimus put forth the challenge to take on someone his size, which didn't impress the Decepticon. Yet as the bully prepared to shoot the stranger, Optimus slapped the gun out of his hand and raised him by his neck. Barely more impressed, the Decepticon activated his optic lasers and shot his opponent in the face, causing a temporary malfunction in Prime's visual sensors. Instinctively, Optimus threw him away to create time to recover from the blast. As a result, the Decepticon landed on a massive spike protruding from the debris around them and promptly died.
Optimus picked up the gun the Decepticon had dropped for his own use as he continued his investigation ofCybertron's current state. However, he lost the weapon when he was attacked and apprehended by theWreckers....The Harder They Die!
