• Annamon's name is based on the name of his father, Doctor Cinnamon (シナモン tiến sĩShinamon-hakase). It is also a Japanese pun meaning "that kinda thing" (あんな vật ), in contrast to his brother's name, Donnamon (ドンナモン), meaning "what kinda thing" (どんな vật ).
