- The Punisher is aretoolofCaptain Americawith a new head and a skull on his chest/hood, transforming into a black and white Humvee. Unlike Captain America's shield, which mounts on the back of the vehicle, he comes with a large gatling gun that mounts on the car's roof.
- This toy, along with a blueHuman Torchredeco,was showcased atSan Diego Comic-Con2009, but was reported canceled the next year.[1]The molding didn't completely go to waste, though, as the Punisher's gun was later used for theIron Manretool of Captain America.

- Sandstorm'sportrayal in the2005 IDW continuityis heavily inspired by the Punisher, with the story in which his vigilante murdered even titledPunishment.Compounding the homage,Salvationshows him recording his thoughts in a "Battle Diary".
