Seksenlerde İtalyan Sosyalist Partisinin kanalı durumunda olmuştur. son yıllarda kanalda yoğunlukla Talk show programları ve Televizyon gösterileri düzenlenmektedir.

Kanal, HDTV yayın hayatına Eylül 2013'te başlamıştır.
