For those who want to grow their career, we pay towards learning new skills (within a yearly maximum) which can be used towards a certificate or diploma in qualified fields of study leading to in-demand jobs. This is available to all entry-level 1 to 3 employees after one year of service with us. We believe there’s nothing more important than developing skills for your future, for the jobs of the future. Even if that means pursuing a career outside of Amazon.

Our Apprenticeship programmes operate across the Amazon business and include on the job coaching as well as specialist partner training. By the end of their programme, apprentices will leave with real commercial experience coupled with associated qualifications. Fulfilment centre employees can apply to a range of apprenticeship schemes, providing they meet the eligibility criteria of the course they wish to apply for. Courses on offer for 2024 include Digital Technology, Human Resources and Data Analysis qualifications and degrees.
