This book helped answer some questions about the Daniel fast. My doctor only allowed the 21-day fast, and I had to add chicken and fish for protein purposes. This was the easiest fast for me -- not even a true fast -- because there is plenty of food to eat. If you like fruits and veggies, beans and chemical free foods, you will love the diet and this cookbook.
