    We've been using Jet-Dry for years; our water is a bit hard and using Jet-Dry ensures that our dishwasher leaves the dishes dry and spot-free. No complaints there. However, the Jet-Dry packaging is abysmal.The information right on the Amazon page for the product indicates "Fill the rinse agent dispenser in the door of your dishwasher with Finish Jet-Dry." Simple, right? Well, not really.In all of the dishwashers we've ever owned, the opening for the dispenser has been tiny. Unfortunately, the Jet-Dry bottle has a fairly large flat cap with that flips up to provide a smaller opening that - in theory - you can use to "squeeze" the product into the dispenser. However, given the thin consistency of the Jet-Dry, the size of the opening, and the angle needed to "squeeze" the product into the dispenser, some (or a lot!) of the Jet-Dry will gush out, miss the opening, and spill onto the dishwasher door no matter how carefully you try to make a neat fill. I guess this helps them sell more Jet-Dry? We've taken to transferring the product from its own bottle to an empty squeeze bottle from dish detergent, then using the squeeze bottle to fill the dispenser. For some dishwashers a tiny funnel could be used, but for many it gets in the way of seeing the little window that shows when the dispenser is full.Jet-Dry package designers, could you come up with packaging that eliminates the spillage without requiring additional steps and containers?

    I had my dishwasher replaced under warranty. With the new dishwasher it came with a sample of Finish Quantum Ultimate Tablets and Finish Jet Dry Rinse Agent 3N1. My sample of the rinse agent I noticed it had a 3N1. All the stores that I frequent I could not find the Finish Jet Dry Rinse Agent 3N1 until I discovered it on Amazon. Mind you it's a bit pricey for the size of the bottle but well worth it. The 3N1 has a cloudiness protection. I now use both the Finish Quantum Ultimate Tablets with the 3N1 Finish jet dry rinse agent and dishes come out great. I also clean my filter often.
