    Lactaid was founded by Alan E. Kligerman, a third-generation dairyman who got his start in the business of delivering milk to customers in Atlantic City. During his routes, Alan discovered that not everyone could enjoy his family’s delicious products due to lactose. Life without dairy? Alan wouldn’t stand for it.

    With a normal meal, each packet will only contain one chewable tablet. This lasts only for a few bites. For example if I’m eating ice cream or lasagna, I will probably eat 2-3 tablets to ensure there aren’t any issues afterwards.

    As I became "Lactose Intolerant" later in life. Made for a real problem as I've been a major milk drinker, ice cream eater, sour cream eater and loved cream & 1/2 and 1/2 in my cooking ALL MY LIFE. When it changed to this, I had to find solutions as I wasn't going to give it up. So, I use these tablets to help me with eating anything with milk and it works long enough to eat my meals. I, also, use Lactaid brand Milk and other brands for sour cream & 1/2 and 1/2 (wish Lactaid would make them, too). This has changed my life to be able to eat & drink "REAL MILK" WITHOUT LACTOSE. Extremely HAPPY!

    Bless this stuff. I LOVE dairy, always have. I'm one of those freaks that will sit down and drink a quart of milk as dessert, and have done so for my entire life. Mid-20s hit, and I started to suspect I may be developing a lactose intolerance. Little gassy, upset stomach, that kind of thing. Kinda ignored the signs because I didn't want it to be so, but it eventually got so bad I'd wake up in the middle of the night thinking somebody had stuck me in the guts with a knife and was twisting. And once I was up, I was in the bathroom until the alarm clocks started going off... Absolute nightmare for someone that loves dairy as much as I do. Looked at my options, and decided to give this stuff a try. No more issues whatsoever! Completely fixes everything! Can't recommend it enough!

    I have been using this brand for many years. I find that it is so effective. I can even drink a vanilla shake after just one pill. I love being able to eat dairy products.
