Son buenas y sirven, además de tener un buen sabor. El uso recomendado es de 2 si eres adulto pero yo consumí 3 porque con 2 no sentía efectos, lo hice durante una semana y pude volver a regular mi sueño de manera correcta sin seguir consumiendo las gomitas, de dormir 3 horas a 8 nuevamente 😁
