This is very good for some spiritual, mental, emotional breakthroughs.

If you set it down for a few weeks and don't do it continuously don't worry. Whenever you get the urge to do it again pick it back up and start right where you left off. Just make sure you finish the sections you do, don't leave one halfway done.

Even if this takes 3 years for you to do, one Sunday a month or whatever you'll be glad you did it.

It really helps to immediately write down your thoughts after reading the day’s lesson. Having read through the Purpose Driven Life 3 times now, I can look back at the journal & see that I latch on to a different point in the chapter pretty often.
