My granddaughter dropped the tablet I bought and the screen cracked. I bought this replacement plan. To file a claim I was on the phone for 34 minutes. I had to repeat the same information several times. All for them to say they would continue to process the claim but would have to call me back. When I asked when they would be calling, they couldn’t give me a time or even what day. When I asked if they knew what number they said it would probably come up unknown. Grrr so frustrating. Just make it simple like the Allstate protection plans. Fill out a form attach documents and done in 5 minutes. This process is horrible!

It clearly states under item number 9 that this plan can be transferred, but upon calling to transfer I was informed that it cannot be done. Just a heads-up people!
