Beyond disappointed with this vacuum. I have 4 dogs, so I vacuum daily. This gets clogged so easily. The unit is poorly engineered and underpowered. You have to disconnect the hose from the vacuum head and attach it to the wand in order to use the wand. Very inconvenient. The wand doesn’t pick up much because, again, it is underpowered. The handle release is right next to the power switch (foot operated, both) so every time I use the handle release I accidentally hit the power switch also. The internals of the dust bin constantly get clogged. The hose constantly get clogged. The vacuum head for furniture doesn’t work (the brush doesn’t spin, again, because it is under powered). My previous Bissel vacuum was so much better. I had none of the issues that I have with this. I’ve purchased Bissel for years due to their quality and the fact I live in the same city as they are headquartered…also due to the fact that they do so much for rehoming sheltered pets. I, unfortunately, after wasting money on this won’t purchase their product again. This has been moved out to the garage for garbage day.
