I bought coverage for a cordless vacuum cleaner. Thank goodness I did because it stopped working properly about a year after I purchased it. It was easy to file a claim online and I heard back from them promptly. Their communication left any guesswork out of the equation and our matter was resolved very quickly. I highly recommend them.
