If you are looking for some of the latest information on nutrition and changes that you need to make to improve your health then this is the book for you. Though the information is technical and scientific, it is written in a way that is easily understandable. This is not the first book I have read that talks about the fact that the food industry has highjacked our taste buds to the point where we are physically addicted to highly processed foods. Food companies spend millions of dollars a year to produce the exact flavor, mouth feels, etc that will make it so you just can't eat one.

Read it and decide for yourself.
