THE REP I SPOKE WITH FROM ASURION ON 9/13/2022, TOLD ME THAT WITHIN 48 HOURS I WOULD HAVE AN EMAIL RECEIPT/CONFIRMATION OF PURCHASE OF THE 2 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY I PURCHASED WHEN PURCHASING THE ROOMBA VACUUM, FOR WHICH ALSO WAS PAID FOR IN FULL. MY INITIAL CALL WAS TO AMAZON, BECAUSE I PAID AMAZON FOR THE WARRANTY, MY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION PAID AMAZON, THEN THE REP FROM AMAZON WANTED ME TO MAKE ANOTHER CALL TO ASURION. ADVISED THE REP I PAID AMAZON, NOT ASURION AND THEY SHOULD HANDLE ASURION....THE REP WAS UNABLE TO TRANSFER ME TO A SUPERVISOR @ AMAZON, BUT DID FINALLY PUT ME ON ANOTHER HOLD AND TRANSFERRED ME TO AN ASURION REP. INITIALLY THE ASURION REP ADVISED ME THAT THEY DON'T SEND EMAILS W/REGARDS TO EXTENDED WARRANTIES, I ADVISED HIM I HAVE RECEIVED ONE EVERY TIME I PURCHASED, AND STILL HAVE THEM IN MY EMAIL. THEN HE ASKED ME IF I CHECKED MY SPAM, I TOLD HIM I HAD AND NOTHING WAS THERE.........BUT....WHY WOULD HE EVEN ASK ME THIS IF THEY DON'T SEND EMAIL WARRANTY CONFIRMATION??????? CONTRADICTING HIMSELF......VERY FRUSTRATING, IT'S NOW BEEN WELL OVER 48 HOURS, STILL NO WARRANTY IN MY EMAIL.
