The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and went out of their way to extend support with all our needs including arranging an airport transfer in the most professional way possible!

Easy to reach old Medina, sidibousaid, & Carthage. Comfortable bathrooms. Friendly staff everyone especially Aziz,Isam.

The staff are very helpful, smiling, welcoming, and polite. I felt very comfortable there. The room was super clean. The restaurant offers great dishes, and they offer room service with no extra charge. The hotel is very well located within a safe area of the city centre. All amenities are available within a walking distance. All in all, a great hotel for business travellers. I would highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect. Staff was kind and attentive. (They offered me a room with a balcony, and phoned me as soon as I entered the room to check if everything was fine. They also spoke to me in a timly manner to see if there was anything they could do, for example lending a wine opener.) The location was unbeatable. The facility was traditionally decorated yet modern and clean. I have already booked my next stay in January.
