The EU petition for Stop Killing Games is now open!

By | August 4, 2024

The recent trend of live-service games and MMOs has lead to a worrying trend: Games get shut down, and nobody can play them anymore. With the Civ series, this has not been an issue, as all games are stand-alone, and you don’t need a server from Firaxis. But many other games have recently been shut down, and now a petition has been started to stop this, by giving gamers the options to run their own games. This might be relevant for Civ in the future, so supporthttps:// stopkillinggames /.If you want to discuss this, then join us here.
