If you are located in Massachusetts and you are tax exempt organization OR non-profit follow the direction below:

- Please use the subject line “Tax Exempt Certificate”
- If you already place the order with tax, add the order number on the subject line
- If you want to place the order but want to make sure we don’t charge you tax, send us email as instructed above and call us to place the order.
- If you need our W9 Certificate, please email us and we will send you the form.
