If I were describing this book to a friend, I would describe it as a book about leadership that will really challenge your way of normal thinking. The book is titled Redefining Leadership, which is exactly what this book does. While there are some comparisons to scripture in the first part of the book it doesn't read like a religious book at all. I love seeing/reading about different people's perspectives on things so reading a new age way of thinking about what leadership means was very interesting. It's hard to write a good book on leadership these days because it's already been done so many times but I think that Assegid Habtewold did a great job on this book! Also, I loved that there was a chapter on leading while in transition. I thought that chapter specifically could be used as a great learning tool for leadership!
