These were pretty good, Crash at Cannibal Valley was my favorite, but the other two were pretty good too...my second favorite would have to be Diaster in the Yukon. Mostly because of all the snow...lol...

I'm not gonna review these like I normally do, but instead, I'm an anthology because that's the only way I can organize my thoughts at the moment. XD

Crash at Cannibal Valley
This one was my favorite! Chad's resilience and determination to take care of his family was great! The story was interesting and overall a good start to the series.
Recommend for ages 9+

Keep in mind that this one does have 2 deaths and some life-threatening injuries.

Terror in Branco Grande
This one was pretty good, kind of saw everything coming, and lots of it felt far-fetched, but it was still fun.
Recommend ages 9+

This one has drug and arms dealing as well as mentions of someone being beaten.

Diaster in the Yukon
This one was pretty cool... some major snow storms, a race against time, and just some fun stuff like that.
Recommend 10+ because there is a rather emotionally intense scene near the end where CPR is needed...not bad just a lot to deal with emotionally.

Overall:
I enjoyed these books and would have been in love with them between 9-12, which is the target age range, so Jenkins did a great job.😁

I am doing the third story of this three-part book. The third story is called "Diaster in the Yukon".

This story starts with a missionary family (Chad Micheals as the son, Kate Micheals as the daughter, and Bruce Micheals as the dad). The story takes place in Alaska. The Quenton family which knew the Micheals family well were moving up from Oklahoma to Alaska. Kate Michael's best friend was Suzie Quenton who she had not seen in five years. The father of the Quenton family, Hugh, took the job of president of Old Sparrow Christian Boarding School in Old Sparrow Alaska. Old Sparrow is near the Canadian Border.Shortly the Quenton family arrived, the Michaels family took the four hour trip by ATV to welcome them. They spent the night, and left Kate to stay with Suzie. Before Chad and his dad left they were warned about a blizzard headed toward Old Sparrow from the Micheals hometown in Mukluk Alaska. They ignored the warning, because they have never been stopped in the past by a blizzard. They started towards home and saw an 18 wheeler going away from the snowstorm and looked like it got through okay. As they kept going, they saw a dark cloud rising up in front of them. What made this blizzard unique was that it was three snowstorms combined in one. This made the snowfall amounts and wind even higher. They eventually entered the storm got worse and worse as they drove further. The two and three foot drift turned into five foot drifts. In the blinding blizzard they lost sight of the road and went off the road into a ten foot snow drift. Soon afterwards, they got themselves out and walked the brutally cold and snowy road about ten miles back to their house. When they got in the house the electricity was out and they fired up their generator. They checked the answering machine and found a call for help from the Old Sparrow Christian Boarding School. You will have read the book to find out what the call for help was and what happened in the rest of the book. I am not giving away spoilers.

Well hello! I wasn't planning on reviewing this book because I had forgotten about it, but then I remembered!

Imma not say much about it if that's fine, because I don't feel as if #1 people are looking at this book to read it, and #2 My review shouldn't be lengthy for this book.

It's definitely YA, but really good YA. Christian YA for any takers.

I just used YA way too much, lemme evaluate.

This is a 3 stories in one book. Around 300 pages I'd say, definitely worth $7.50 or less. I'm gonna start doing that. Imma start saying how much the book is worth, well how much I think the book is worth. I don't know how much this book is, but if it's $7.50 or less I would definitely take a look at it all y'all YA readers.

Basic Plot is that there is some scheme in all of them. So weird plot. There not weird, but they seem so far fetched. There are Cannibals in one of them!

Good topics with pretty good characters. Although the wimp kinda grated on me. He was annoying.

From cannibals to drugs this book takes on all. In a well summarized way. It doesn't go into details about the drugs at all and the cannibals don't eat anyone in the story, so if your looking for intense this is NOT the book.

And, if you've never heard of the book I would mark it down on your to-read list. Good YA Christian Fiction. And no, it's not super Christian, but when they're dealing with hard stuff they always pray.

-Thanks

It's a great 3-in-1 book for teens. My grandson loaned it to his Gramma and me to read. I recommend it for teens who love adventure, suspense, and mystery. It even kept this Grandaddy alert and reading to see what would happen next and how would the Michaels family survive the next life-threatening situation.

The book was fairly suspenseful and action-packed; however, it was fairly predictable. It was the kind of classic feeling you get when reading a book or watching a movie where you know they wouldn't dare kill off the main characters, so you already know they're gonna survive.
