Love it. It appears we are of similar outlooks on life and the current drama. While being acutely aware of much of what is going on behind the curtain, I choose to focus on what I want in my life, as opposed to focusing on what I don't. I have been a seeker of truth for a very long time, but it is a path one needs to choose. Many are comfortable in their slumber. As they say in a time of darkness, the only defense is to focus on that which is beautiful and inspired, it is the ultimate form of protest. By doing so and keeping my frequency as high as possible, I believe this helps bring balance and correction to the overall situation. I am living in the moment and am guided by source.
With much gratitude for all these words. I love to read, dance and laugh, they are the backbone to my life of miracles. As we traverse the changes in our society, it behooves us to see with wonder and excitement understanding we live in an abundant universe full of blessings and it’s all ours. We too often fall into the trap of either/or, one key I hold dear is the AND key. I can be in my circumstances AND believe/vision for my dreams.
I agree with his reflections. The planet is blanketed by perpetrated delusional negative thoughtforms. How to "stay dry in a waterfall?" One important skill I teach is how to move into or out of an energy field, meaning any group energy, even off-planet — transcending this world — if that is what it takes to come back to our centers and remember who we are. We are magnificent multidimensional beings and can choose where to place our focus. Not always easy, but with practice, doable.
Beautiful words. May we be in the NOW and be happy, healthy, peaceful, and free. May all our sorrows turn into gifts of healing. May we be free of suffering and continue to shine the light of presence and unconditional love unto the world.
I do appreciate his inspiring words and agree with him when he says that we need to transmute the way we look and feel life. So that in these difficult times we can see life and beauty in the simple, in the subtle. Thus, a new, more humane world can be born inside and outside each one of us.
The book teaches us a lesson. When we sharpen our awareness and use the time to recognize what is essential in life, we can breathe freely and consciously.
Lovely! When we sharpen our awareness and use the time to recognize what is essential in life, we can breathe freely and consciously. One moment at a time.
