I really really was enjoying this until page 190 or so. Then Aspen came back and I HATE HIS CHARACTER UGH
He made America be all stupid and Maxon is so perfect just annoying.
I did enjoy the America and Maxon romance though.
It was a cute quick read!

How can Aspen coming be horrible? She's the horrible one for getting over him for less than a freaking month. And I really, truly want to ask a question. What's so swoony and amazing about Maxon?

I totally agree! I hate Aspen. I'm not crazy about Maxon after the mini screaming fest but I like him way more than Aspen
I’ve read this book so many times and every time I find myself yelling at Aspen for ruining everything
Honestly,I was hoping Kiera Cass would kill Aspen off (I know,awful,I feel guilty,but I can’t stand his character) AMERICA AND MAXON FOR LIFE!
Aspen got on my nerves as well.
I actually liked Aspen in the first few chapters. But then Maxon happened and i started loving him and then Aspen HAD TO COME BACK URGHHHH It's not as much as me hating as it is him messing up America's life all over again
Aspen literally sucks. And personally I feel like he was really not great for America. She was a girl with him but when he left her she turned into a woman!To be honest though let’s not forget she’s only about 15... I feel like these books really gloss over some stuff we should be thinking more about. And I feel like America should just be her own person who’s personality and character development doesn’t rely on men.

Yeah, Aspen seemed like a jerk... and after reading the Maxon character I cant even stand Aspen.
So at first I liked Aspen and i liked how they were breaking the rules and he was sweet with the pennies. But then he had to go and break her heart which is understandable because he feels so worthless that he is dating someone in secret and the can afford better stuff. So i felt bad for the character n stuff. But when Mason showed up i had mixed feelings as a character but soon I realized how sweet he was. So when Aspen came back i was like go away.

I agree with you about hateing the Aspen guy and when he came back he just ruined the rest of the book for me.
