I don't understand the point of this book. Yes, the MC stopped trying to revive a patient a little earlier than normal, but there were already abnormal conditions. She had no part in the abnormal conditions and spent the whole book paranoid that she would be in legal trouble for stopping her attempts to revive the heart after 22 minutes instead of continuing for longer.
