I needed this book in my life — So much that I read it in a day, while still taking breaks to integrate the information and process the many emotions that surfaced while I read.

This book was a catalyst for a deep remembering within myself. Various past-lives, I’ve seen in the past, became clearer and more profound while reading through it. I can’t help but feel awe and yet disappointment in this cyclical nature of life that is possibly leading us to a place where we could repeat past mistakes made during the time of Atlantis. We are meant to care for the earth and all of the creations - not to conquer and mess with the fabrication of life itself. Just because we can do certain things, doesn’t mean we should do them. I dearly hope we’ve learned from our mistakes and that we can choose differently as a collective this time around.

I am in awe, and inspired, yet heartbroken and disappointed in this bigger truth that has been hidden for so long.

This book is a keeper! I will definitely read it again.

While reading this book, check out the music tracks — Timeless Prayer and Lemurian Coming Home by Anders Holte. The music itself is a remembering and will really set the mood for the book!

Great read could not put it down. The Lemuria part sang to me as parts of the Avalon did too. Timeline and rituals and meditations made this an excellent book to read and I would recommend it to all that are interested.

I love Lucy's writing and you can't help but be drawn into each of the three worlds explored. I read the Avalon section just before heading to Glastonbury which helped to engage my sense of wonder and magick. This is a book I will continue to go back to. I was facinated by the Lemuria section as I had never heard of this lost land before. As a writer it is rich and wonderful food for the imagination:)

I thought the writing was quite fragmented and didn't flow very well. Unless you've read a lot about Lemuria, Atlantis and Avalon I don't think this book offers very concise information. I did enjoy the read but found it it be all over the place.

Lucy definitely has a unique style. Some stuff was less interesting to me and I skipped it. But I love that she shared personal stories, experiences and memories as well as some others'. If you're curious about the Lost Lands it's definitely worth reading. I liked the Avalon part best and it was the main reason I read the book.

I enjoyed reading this book and rated highly for memories of all the lost lands, however the lost land that really pulls me is Lemuria.

I was recommended this book as a source of information about Lemuria. That chapter was very intriguing and insightful. Definitely my favourite part of the book. However I was slightly disappointed with Atlantis and Avalon. I suppose I expected more stories about the people at that time, how they lived, interacted with each other, ate etc. There was a lot of information I didn’t resonate with, especially the obsession the author has with whales (Atlantis). What about the mermaids? Aside from the cover, they didn’t appear much in the book.

The author had pages after pages of explaining elementals (something that could be found with a simple google search?) and yet I’m still not sure how exactly you connect with them. I don’t do rituals too so perhaps that’s why I didn’t find these parts useful.

The bonus content about Atlantis at the end was a breath of fresh air and I would of liked if a big chunk of the rest had a similar style.

This was an interesting book. I liked the quiz that helped you determine which of the Lost Lands you most resonated with: Lemuria, Atlantis, or Avalon. I found the chapter on Avalon to be my favorite. This book has a little-known tale of experimentation and slavery in Atlantis that I had never heard of before. It was a sad chapter. This book seems to be part memoir of the author's "imrammas" or spirit journeys to these Lost Lands and visits from spiritual guides. The chapter on Lemuria was also very interesting, and I liked the meditations and exercises given in the book, such as how to attract love at Beltane (May Day). This was an interesting book that discussed all kinds of strange and interesting concepts, including other "alien" races in contact with our planet. An interesting read.

Utterly exhausting read. Went in ready to get new agey about mermaids, don't know what I ended up with. A bit of everything really, and not in a good way. Her narrative is confusing, badly organized, and filled with holes. I eventually had to give up trying to follow along. And this isn't even getting into the fact that this is supposed to be a real book about spirituality- that's an area that just filled with minefields and I'm going to avoid it.

I'm probably being a bit too mean with this one star, I'm mostly mad that I didn't get a lighhearted romp about mermaids. I'll acknowledge that the prose was decent for what it was supposed to be, and I also recognize that I am both not the books most target audience and that I didn't read it under the best circumstances. But still, completely nonsense book.

Great and beautiful book about our lost lands, our heritage from times far past.
So much comes to mind while reading this. Connecting it to indigenous people all over the world where these teachings about love and nature are still remembered, it all comes together!!

Thank you Lucy <3

Picked up at a used book store hoping to get a book focusing on the mythology of Atlantis... kind of expected it to lean a little new agey, but wasn't my cup of tea. Very out there with little to back up the conjecture and written in an almost stream-of-consciousness style.

Very interesting

I found this book accidentally on purpose after listening to content from Hay House. There was a lot to take in emotionally from this book for me and so glad I've read it on this phase of my journey. A very good read for those already doing inner journey work.

I enjoyed this book, mostly. this is the first book by Lucy that I have read. While she provides information on Atlantis, lemuria, and avalon I'm not sure how good the information is.

This book takes an interesting approach to Lemuria, Avalon, and Atlantis as lost lands that actually once existed (rather than simply myth). The descriptions of the lands themselves and people are vivid, and I definitely see myself as a descendant of Avalon. Loved the quiz at the beginning, and there are prayers and meditations throughout that are very nice.

On the other hand, the book is wordy and too flowery at times — this pulled me out quite a lot. Especially through the Lemuria and Atlantis chapters. I really enjoyed the content in the Avalon section, which is why I gave the book an overall score of 3. But her writing style is so jarring that I can't rate this higher. I am usually a very quick reader, and it took me multiple months to finish.

Overall, I think this is an interesting book that I recommend to anyone interested in Lemuria, Atlantis and Avalon. I live in Spain and find it fascinating that part of Atlantis might have once been in southern Spain. And I have always been called to the UK, which now makes more sense.:)

Found that there wasn't much flow in the writing. It seemed a bit muddled and parts seem repeated.

Was looking forward to finding more about the societies themselves, but didn't find it was in depth as I thought it could be.

Thought her personal experiences and spiritual connections to each society were nice tales. I can see how her meditations and spells could help a beginner to the craft or person exploring new age spirituality.

It was good. I enjoyed the Lemuria and Avalon sections more as those are the lands that call to me, but the entire book had tidbits that I could learn from. Now to actually find the recordings for several of the meditations that were mentioned in the text.

I admit that this book is a little airy-fairy (even for me, who loves all things spiritual) but I still found it really interesting. Cavendish claims that Lemuria, Atlantis and Avalon were real places that existed long ago and that they were destroyed when the people who resided there became consumed with power which they then abused. She speaks of mythical beings like mermaids and the crystals that everyone had embedded in their chests. I'm not sure I buy in to it exactly but I did find some interesting correlations between the glads and what she has to say. It's entertaining if nothing else and something to think about if you are willing to open to other possibilities.
