After the events in Them Thar Hills (1934), Stan and Ollie encounter their old nemesis, whose grocery shop is next to their home-appliances store. Nobody can let bygones be bygones, and a war breaks out. Will those tit-for-tat battles ever end?
In winter-time, the boys fail to earn any money by playing their musical instruments in a bad neighborhood but their luck seems to improve when they find a wallet full of money on the street.
In the intro Jürgens (as himself) greets the audience and explains the setting of today's episode while putting on a wig or a false beard. Without a cut he then walks onto the studio set and plays the scene with the fellow cast members.
