While it’s a bummer that he won’t be coming for Halloween,Ghostfaceis still right around the corner forMortal Kombat1. NetherRealms has released a new teaser for the Scream slasher, which reveals that you’ll be able to play as Ghostface on November 19 via Early Access if you bought the Khaos Reigns expansion, Kollection or bundle. Ghostface will be available to everyone else on November 26.

Voiced byRoger L. Jackson,the teaser shows off Ghostface and a variety of masks you’ll be able to equip him with before going to town on your opponents. We did get a preview of Ghostface’s Fatality with the Khaos Reigns launch trailer last month, in case you missed it.

Halloween may be five months away, but the Halloween season begins 26th July 2024 to 28th July 2024 with Midsummer Scream. The world’s largest Halloween and horror convention, has unveiled its official app, which allows attendees to plan and schedule their spook-filled days at this year’s event — and with all there is to do, a schedule is a must.

The Midsummer Scream app can be downloaded free forAppleand Android devices. To download, guests can either search the Apple or or Google Play app stores for “Midsummer Scream,” or download links provided at midsummerscream.org/app (a link to an online, app-less version can be found at that link).

Playtime opens the film in the middle of the night, punctuated by a television turning on and awakening a sleeping woman. As she ventures downstairs to investigate, a spectre dressed as a bride appears before piling on the spooky occurrences.

Funko Games is headed off to Woodsboro with the upcoming tabletop experience Scream: The Game, officially announced and detailed byScreen Rantthis week.

Screen Rant details, “A new press release has revealed that Funko Games, the same company behind the well-known figurines, will soon release a multiplayer tabletop game set in theScreamuniverse called Scream: The Game. In the title,Ghost Facehas returned to Woodsboro and is hunting the players, who will have to work together to survive. That slasher classic left a deep scar on the zeitgeist when it opened just before Christmas 1996.
