David Velasco was born and raised in Jersey City NJ where he spent his youth renting countless movies from the local video store. He has worked in the film and television industry for over 20 years as a location scout, location manager and production manager. He began his career as a PA on HBO's The Sopranos, and is best known for The Devil Wears Prada, American Hustle, Shame and Lioness.
