During the opening credits of the first season, one of the female characters is shown nude, but the buttocks is the only thing that is seen clearly.

In the first episode because of the main male characters power/curse it cancels out the girls power and because of this her robe is torn to shreds and she is left naked. Nothing is shown.

Many episodes include a man accidentally entering a room and sees a naked girl, but nothing explicit is shown.

Some characters imagine certain girls wearing revealing "maid outfits." This is usually comical.

Shower scenes with nudity are occasional, but never graphic.

A teenager and a character who looks like a child bathe together while recovering in the hospital, they are both wearing towels and he is shirtless.

A teen boy walks in two grown women and a young girl in the bathroom while they're bathing. He looks visibly disturbed while the girl is afraid and embarrassed; the women, meanwhile, are unbothered by this.

Shirai is a pervert towards Misaka. This is mostly comical.

Violence can be pretty bloody at times.

Touma constantly punches everyone throughout the series, including women. This might upset/anger viewers.

A character's right arm is cut off (possibly the goriest scene in the series).

Index bites Touma's head constantly, this is played for laugh.

One character (who is 14 years old, despite his looks) is almost always smoking a cigarette.

An adult, that is often joked to look like a little kid, is shown to smoke cigarettes and drink beer a lot.

Accelerator's backstory can be upsetting to some, he was used in experiments his entire life and has no memory of his real name.

The show can get rather intense and violent in some parts.
