Statement of the Kids Jury: "MATTI AND SAMI AND THE THREE BIGGEST MISTAKES IN THE UNIVERSE manages to be funny without ever losing its seriousness. The universe's three big mistakes are true-to-life and understandable. The naked bums and well-timed farts made us laugh a lot, but we were also worried about what was going to happen to the protagonists who ended up in dicey situations as a result of their lies. The actors were very convincing and the dynamic camera angles threw us right into the action. The costumes were well chosen and Sami's superhero suit in particular will stick in our memory for a while. The film tells a beautiful story about a family who occasionally fight- just as in real life - but who get reunited in a happy ending."
