Surrounded by a group of rowdy edgerunners, David makes a plea to join their team. Meanwhile, sinister forces plot to lure him back to Arasaka Academy.

Eager to learn the edgerunner ropes, David pesters Maine for another mission. Instead, Maine tasks Lucy with training him.

David makes a clever suggestion when the team strategizes for their next mission. However, he soon learns that their target can't be underestimated.

Maine doesn't seem to be himself. But the team has bigger fish to fry: They must race against time to extract vital information from their prisoner.

Now an all-star edgerunner enhanced with more cybernetics, David leads his team into a new mission. An old contact reaches out to him for a big job.

Faraday finds himself stuck between Arasaka and Militech. Lucy and Rebecca confront David about his change in behavior, but he refuses to listen.

Lucy's captors learn about her secret mission and dark past. David and his team head out to complete Faraday's job but realize that something is off.

On the edge of cyberpsychosis but determined to save Lucy, David storms into Night City as Arasaka plots to deploy their ultimate lethal weapon.

Melancholy, unmotivated Kiyotaka Ayanokouji attends his first day at Tokyo Metropoiltan Advanced Nurturing High School, a government-established institution for training a generation of Japan's best and brightest. In this school, it is said, everything is decided based on merit, which includes the generous monthly "point" allowance students can spend at local shops. As Ayanokouji begins navigating this system, he also nurtures curious relationships with aloof fellow outsider Suzune Horikita and the terminally gregarious Kikyou Kushida.

1-D learn more about point system. They need to change their habits if they want to score some. But few students don't want to change even if they are facing expulsion.

Kiyotaka explains to Suzune what he did last three days before test. And why everybody get such good scores on tests. But Sudo failed tests anyway and is going to be expelled.

Classrooms analyze their and others test results. Points distribution is late. Three students from 1-C reported Sudo for attacking them.

Kiyotaka and Kushida go with Sakura to he mall where Sakura will try to repair her camera. After that Kiyotaka talk to Sakura about Sado's situation and should she talk about what she saw.

Sakura received some weird messages on her portal, than some pictures of herself. Kiyotaka and Suzune are trying to find evidence that would set Sudo free.

Kiyotaka convince Suzune to join him and others at the pool.

All students go to the cruise. Chabashira informs Kiyotaka that somebody requested his expulsion. If he don't help others to promote to A class she will use first opportunity to expel him.

Survival test starts. Everybody starts with looking for camping sites. 1-D send 3 scout team made from 3 members each.

Second day of survival test starts. Kiyotaka and Suzune go scouting other classes.

Day 5 of survival test. Girls want to separate from boys. Kiyotaka found out Suzune is being sick from the start.

Survival test is coming to the end. Things don't look well for 1-D. Key card is stolen. And now Suzune is forced to withdraw due to her sickness. Kiyotaka will try to turn things around.

A new challenge awaits them as a new special exam is to be conducted on ship while this time all classes need to work with each other to win, how will Ayanokoji win this challenge?.

With day one of the test over, Ayanokoji is talking to Hirata and the others about a way to break out of the stalemate.

Karuizawa is pushed to her breaking point by the girls of Class C.

School is back in session and it's time for the next activity, this time a sports festival splitting the school in two groups. Class D debates on strategies. And we fear there might be a traitor in the near future.

Ayanokoji's theory that Kushida was a traitor that leaked information that resulted in Class C winning the Cruise Ship test. Interestingly, episode 5 produced more evidence that a traitor in Class 1-D is botching the class's

Ayanokouji finally confronts Kushida and manages to make her confess that she has been helping Class C perform better by giving them inside information. Meanwhile, Horikita tries to convince Sudou to not give up and rejoin the class.

After Horikita's brother finally steps down as the President, he passes the baton to another talented student from Class B. The new President vows to bring back meritocracy and ensure that the best talent is rewarded in the school.

Things have started to look good for students of Class D. But with the announcement of the next special exam, what new strategy will Ayanokouji come up with to secure more points?

Kushida tries to set up Suzune's expulsion by dealing with Ryuuen.The AYANOKOJI GROUP is created to help out Akito and Hasebe to study while they stumble into Ryuuen who is searching for the mastermind.

After the meeting with his father, Ayanokoji discovered that Chabashira lied to him to use his intellect to move Class D to Class A. While this deception worked, Ayanokoji, after discovering Chabashira's true intentions.

The entire Class 1-D, being concerned about Koenji, followed Ryuuen to the courtyard, where they saw the former being surrounded by the students of Class 1-C. While instigating Koenji, Ryuuen tried to break his things.

Despite putting Karuizawa through the worst pain imaginable, Ryuuen is still not done as she refuses to give her the mastermind's name. When he even reveals to her that the mastermind has tricked her from the very start.

The aftermath of the gymnasium incident plays out as Christmas brings romance to the school.

Ayanokoji's class embarks on their first trial as the ascended Class C, the mixed training camp.

Yukimura injures his leg while the group is training for the upcoming tests. He later devises a plan for how the group should handle the marathon and then the day of the four tests arrives.

Yamuchi approached by Sakayanagi during Class C's discussion of karuzawa and Hirata's breakup. Horikita warns it's a trap but Yamuchi ignores it. Horkita tells Ayanokiji rumors surround Ichinose.

It's Valentine's Day and the boys of Class C are excited about whether or not they will receive chocolates. Meanwhile, Karuizawa seems uneasy over Ayanokoji's request to meet up and while doing so an unexpected person appears.

Turns out the one spreading the rumors was Hashimoto, who did so at the behest of Sakayanagi. Shortly thereafter, Sakayanagi appears before Class C and she informs them she has evidence regarding the rumors about Ichinose.

Everyone in Class C has passed their year-end exam. While relief flows through the classroom, Chabashira announces a special exam. It will be a class vote to choose three people worthy of praise and three worthy of censure.

With the approaching class vote, a disturbing atmosphere hangs over Class C and fills them with suspicion. Second-year Class A's Asahina informs Ayanokoji that Ichinose has asked for cooperation from student council president Nagumo.

After conversing with her brother Manabu, Horikita offers Yamauchi name as the one who should be expelled. Not only has he made few contributions to the class, but he also worked with Sakayanagi in Class A to expel Ayanokoji.

Following the expulsion of a student from Class C, Sakayanagi and Ayanokoji encounter Tsukishiro, sent by Ayanokoji's father. Ayanokoji then challenges Sakayanagi for their next exam.

Class C considers various strategies for the special exam, but they all lack a decisive factor. Hirata remains disappointed in the class vote result. Ayanokoji calls out to Hirata, who acts coldly towards Mii-chan who is worried about him.

Hirata's return to health coincides with Class C's unified front, pitting Ayanokoji against Sakayanagi. Basketball initiates the final exam's proceedings. Class C competes strongly, yet Sakayanagi aims to mentally unsettle Sudo.

A class battles through challenges and growth, only to narrowly miss toppling Class A in the final exam, resulting in their demotion to Class D. Horikita, their leader, matures and requests the dissolution of their alliance with Class B.

It's spring break. Shiina calls Ayanokoji to discuss books. Meanwhile, Class B's Kanzaki appears before Ryuen, who is having a secret meeting with Hashimoto. Although the class was defeated, Kanzaki faces Ryuen without hesitation.

Jinpachi wakes up from this nightmare. However, there is nothing he can do related to this matter. Suddenly the scene shifts to the football arena where Isagi will be playing his crucial game. He would make his team win the game.

As the tag game ends, Kira can't understand what happened. Ego congratulates the winners and tells the losers are out. Kira gets angry that such a sully game will determine his career.

The first game in Building 5 is between Team X and Team Z, and will be 45 minutes long. The game starts and Bachira passes to Isagi. However, a moment later, Raichi takes the ball from him.

Team Z goes around and say their "weapons" and motto. However, Isagi isn't sure what to say, while Chigiri refuses to say his. The group determines that everyone is special in their own way.

The team is in trouble and isagi manages to help them out in the last minutes

Team Z is facing next Team W, who has one loss. They managed to beat Baro's team, and since they are W, they are likely better than Team Z. Iemon shows them that Team W's top players are Keisuke Wanima and his big brother Junichi Wanima.

Because of Kuon's betrayal, Team Z is faced with a desperate situation of playing 12-on-10, with the opponent knowing everything about their weapons and strategies. Even under such a circumstance, Team Z never gives up on the fight.

Team Z managed to leave the possibility of breaking through the primary selection. However, only 10 people who were missing from the betrayal had to challenge the final battle with the group's strongest team V, and the pinch will not end. In a cornered situation where the dropout is confirmed even in a draw, and only victory is a breakthrough condition, Kiyoshi goes to see a certain person to get a "goal equation" for the team's victory and to take the goal by himself.

Barou, now dethroned as the 'king of the field' by Isagi, evolves to redeem himself in a sinister and unexpected way.

Bachira and Rin practice together and something that Rin says makes Bachira think about his 'monster' and how it appeared. Later, they bump into Isagi in the hallway.

The most heated revenge match begins! Bigger risks, bigger rewards, Isagi and team bring in their A-game and beyond to face the might of the Top 3.

Isagi and the others are cornered again by Rin's move, which dominates everything on the field.

Isagi conceives a new formula to beat Rin. Bachira bids farewell to a daunting old guiding force.

Bachira finally "awakened" his ego by shaking off the "Monster" that had always existed as his ideal. The match is coming to a conclusion.
