This show is very funny, wholesome, and incredibly weird. It was a lot of fun binge watching this. I genuinely like these characters and I would say they're never inconsistent in terms of behavior and mindset. It's always good when characters are consistent even when the show isn't lore heavy. I would definitely recommend this show to anyone who loves animation, sitcoms, and anime in general. Speaking of which, before I wrap up this review I just need to express how much I absolutely loved the animation. It never feels as though any frames are missing in movement sequences. It's very nice to look at and the art style is great as well. They really went all in on the cute and big-eyed characters.

The first time I watched this show I immediately felt that I liked it. The show does a excellent to good job balancing the tween pounding aspects with the comedy aspects like that Star Vs. The Forces of Evil series on Disney XD and it felt that the writers of the show managed to keep every episode move steadily along without dragging on too much. I honestly think that this show does have a chance to do better along the way like Sailor Moon and One Piece did, since they became TV hits despite the fact that some fans of both hated their first English Dub. Hopefully after the character refence in Splatoon, All that will change.

I watched this anime when I was a lot younger, I found it again and re watched it. It's one of the cutest and funniest anime you will ever see.

This show is beyond underrated and deserves so much more love and attention.

Squid girl is a very cute protagonist, the plots of the episodes are a little bland, but Squid Girl's personality makes these bland activities unique. I would highly recommend this anime. Its pretty family friendly, cute and something that I think anyone can relate to.
