A 25 year Veteran of the Hollywood VFX industry, Smallwood won an Emmy
Award for Outstanding graphic design on "FOX Super-bowl XXXIX, 2006" show
open. Brian was also lead compositor for Digital Dimension on
"Magnificent Desolation" (IMAX) which won a VES award for best visual
effects in a special venue project. For the last several years He has been a Compositing Supervisor on Titles such as The Morning Show, Crater, The Rookie, Mighty Ducks, The Mosquito Coast, The Terminal List, The Dropout and The Kissing Booth 3.
He has worked internationally for many Visual effects houses including, Weta, FuseFX, Zoic, Blur, Sony Pictures Imageworks, MPC, Digital Domain, Scanline VFX, Marvel, Legendary Pictures, Uncharted Territory, Method, R!OT, Shade VFX, Picture Shop, Digital Dimension, Stan Winston Digital, Howard Anderson Company, Title House Digital, Visual Concept Engineering among others.
He has also created, shot and edited two made for TV Pilots on the Pro Cycling lifestyle, entitled Pro Road Access.
