David Goldblum is the founder of Conscious Contact Entertainment, an independent film and TV production company focusing on commercial projects with timeless appeal that inspire and uplift audiences. He recently signed a three-movie producing deal with Village Roadshow Pictures, the company behind Wonka, Mad Max: Fury Road, Joker, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and others.
Goldblum produced the drama, Grassland, which is Executive Produced by Academy Award-winner Common. He was a producer on the Untitled Uvalde Documentary (which was a 2023 grantee for the Sundance Institute Documentary Fund) and was an Executive Producer on the 2024 Sundance short, Thirstygirl. He's also producing an adaptation of the #1 New York Times Bestseller A Child Called "It" alongside Lightning Strikes Productions, Armory Films and Artemis Pictures.
Goldblum produced and co-wrote the 2022 film, Sell/Buy/Date, which was Executive Produced by Meryl Streep. Additionally, he has worked in development for Participant Media, Stone Village Productions, and Paula Wagner. He was a graduate of the UCLA MFA Screenwriting Program, recipient of the UCLA/Participant Media Fellowship, a Telluride Film Festival Film Lab Fellow, recipient of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences Fellowship and was nominated for the Humanitas Drama Award.
