Actually Good

In 2006, using the backdrop of Puerto Rico gaining a degree of independence from the USA and a power struggle between the government and an ruthless industrialist, this movie tells the story of an reporter's affair with PR's representative in Quebec (which also gained independence) in a telecommunications deal that will change the face of the bla bla bla of the internet. Its a good thriller, with some spy twists. Not really about technology.
