- Max:I have been saddled with Rose since Mom and Dad died. Not you. Me. She is not your problem!
- Lisa:What is wrong with you?
- Max:[laughs] Not a goddamn thing, that's what. I'm young, healthy. I got all the time in the world since I was just fired. Yeah, what, are you surprised? Surprised that I couldn't manage a full-time job while raising a chronically sick 8-year-old?
- Lisa:Well, you should have said something.
- Max:[sarcastically] Oh, gee. I wish I had. Oh, wait. I did, but you were too busy fucking Andy all over the goddamn building to listen to me.
- Lisa:Max, please, can we just all go? I mean, if we don't have to be here.
- Max:We're not going anywhere, sis. But you, maybe it's time you go.
- Jake:[Lights flicker]
- Jake:She's here.
- Jake:[Kayako's death rattle is heard]
- Jake:No. She's here! Let me out! She's here!
- Jake:[Jake waves his hands at the camera to try to get the orderly's attention]
- Jake:[Kayako's hands grab Jake's wrists]
- Jake:[Kayako breaks Jake's wrists and throws him around the room, much to the confusion of the orderly]
- Orderly:[Picks up phone] Dr. Sullivan? You better get down here.
- Sullivan:[Opens Jake's cell door and gasps in horror and disgust at Jake's mangled corpse]
- [last lines]
- Lisa:[hugging Rose] As long as we stay together, everything will be all right. Okay? We just gotta stick together.
- Renee:[reading her fortune cookie] "You are charming and wise beyond your years", that's a compliment not a fortune. What's yours say?
- Brenda:[silently picks at her food].......
- Renee:Tell you what, I'll set up your bed while you take a bath, how does that sound?
- Brenda:[looks up silently to her mother]........
- Renee:[turns on the faucet] You used to love taking baths. Half the water ended up on the floor. I'll go get you a towel. God knows where the mover left the box.
- Brenda:[takes off clothes as the tub fills].......
- Renee:[cutting open a box to get a towel].......
- Brenda:[turns off faucet when a ghostly hand grabs her] Agh!
- [starts thrashing around in the water as she drowns]
- Renee:[returns to the bathroom to find Brenda gone] Brenda? Brenda?
