Definitely not a cliffhanger, as a cliffhanger is something I eagerly anticipated for a week, only to find it to be more thrilling than gratifying. Since there isn't going to be another episode, it felt much more incomplete. Since this anime has already concluded, Maiko-san, I don't wait for it. My favorite comfort anime is Chi no Makanai-san; it's a story that calms me and enlightens me, and it will always make me feel better. I can learn a lot about food and its origins from this anime. Before I started viewing this, I had no idea who Maiko or Geiko were, and I understood very little about Japanese customs.
